The long anticipated RAH is over, not sure should I ask how impice feel? To your expectation? Surprised slightly ... or??? Apart from the enjoyment, anything more from London art circle?

Anyway, life moves on - now, I guess impice is preparing swan for Germany?

Do you have to gather the cast for a few more days to remember Swan? or it pretty easy for them to get the action back?

It is a pity that Cinders not coming to Germany Confused I saw it in RAH.... it is just so fabulous... Apart from what you have read and said, I love the setting projection actually, so dynamic and so powerful!

And seeing SLOI again is a nice treat too! Smile

What is your plan for the cast, impice? Who is the prince this time - Andrei or Vadim? Who is to play Rothbart... I guess the same performer of 13 O'clock?

Just one thing, if Olena is to perform Odile, I think she deserves a better costumes than last time, she was absolutely stunning in her outfit in COI...

Impice said it will be SLOI V1, so I think Andrei will be back to the sidekick role.... hope impice give him more scenes...

Who is 13 O'clock... or who is to perform Rothbart, impice? You will get Anton back or... may be let Andrei be bad this time Cool

13 O'Clock is just one of those bad niddles of the mad clock, and the same person of Watchmaker's assistance... the one with shaved head on the first scene. Laughing ... I guss he is a different from the one on DVD.

Not sure I want to see Andrei sidekicking after seeing his captivating Mayor's son...

Apart from Andrei trying so hard to avoid a kiss from Cinders, Cool o)... Andrei and Olga just have a beautiful on stage chemistry which brings all the romantic emotions out so vividly.

But I think with Vadim and Olga they can make a lot of stunning manoeuvrings.

I was watching the Gala performance of 2010 Olympic figure skating, though they missed out medals, the Russian pair, Yuko Kavaguti and Alexander Smirnov had demonstrated a lot skillful and stunning combinations in the Gala, so are the Chinese pairs... when watching them, I was thinking, Olga and Vadim could do all these Laughing Laughing

Let impice have a rest and take it all in after RAH. I am sure he saw the path and picked up some hints of dealing with London high art society there. Laughing

I think impice will have to prepare the cast quite a bit before Swan Opens in Germany because a few of the cast members are new and not in SLOI V1.... so I guess all the new additions and changes to the show will only be possible in SLOI V2 later after COI season closes.

And I guess Andrei will decent to Prince's sidekick... Love his Benno, but it is a role too far away from the centre of the story for him after seeing him in the centre of story so splendid in COI.

I guess Rothbart will go to one of the watchmaker's assistance Wink ... am I right impice? Laughing

Crying or Very sad Wish I could be there.... but 24 hours flight will break my back and bank Crying or Very sad

Talking about the Gala, I think there were some sensational performances, apart from ones mentioned, I love the performance by Swiss skater Stephane Lambiel, his musicality and artistry are sensational....But also some really slack performances as well.... I called my boyfriend in to watch when I heard Yuna Kim's name was announced, and at the end of it, my BF asked - She won gold? Are you sure? She just looks pretty... told you skating is boring... Cool Cool ... and pity he walked away because straight after Yuna Kim, the Chinese pair just put on the most stunning performance...

I don't think we need Rothbart to cause all the chaos and misery any more, after seeing Olena's power display of stepmother, I think her Odile alone can clip Odette's wings and put all the hurdles for Odette to jump. Laughing

Laughing Laughing I think so too. She is this elegant and haughty queen of swan... but that will upset a few people and they will say - this is not Swan Lake... Cool Laughing

Laughing Laughing That possibility of replacing the evil Rothbart with an evil Odile is slim Surprised Surprised ... and impice has said it will be SLOI V1 for Germany this round, so I think one of the Watchmaker assistant will be in Rothbart Wink

I was watch those videos Admin posted on Tour Diary.... want to ask impice, what is Peter Issac's role and what is Chris Hewitt's? It seemed to me that you have both of them in charge of back stage Question Question

Peter is the production manager , which means that he is in charge of the technical build of the show. Chris is the Stage Manager which means that he is in charge of the show and for what takes place on the stage when the show is live....2 very differant jobs.

You want to share your cast arrangement with us, impice? And when are you going to gather the skaters to warm up SLOI?

Rehearsals have already started for the swan tour of Germany.

The version which will be seen in Germany is V1 without any of the planned changes scheduled . Version 2 will make its debut in New Zealand/Australia along with the planned cast changes.

For Germany , the casting will be as during the last tour , with the exception of Anton who has retired and he will be replaced by his tour understudy , Maxim Belyakov with Bogdan Berezenko sitting as his understudy.

Hope that explains everything for you.

xx

How is SLOI rehearsal going, impice? The cast still remember their steps? Are you going to use the original costumes?

Surprised I thought you would put Ruslan Noovoseltsew in Rothbart or Rothbart understudy, he was the 13 O'clock in London? looked good. Laughing

Bogdan Berezenko was the one in gypsy costume with needles on his head in the DVD?

According to the Programme, Bogdan has a law degree, he must be a very clever boy Laughing Laughing , and not sure how he is going to defend the unlawful behaviours of Rothbart Cool Cool
